Marpa Vacuum MVT-SEM series pumps are dry-running screw pumps.

They are characterised by high efficiency in complex processes such as:

• Industrial coatings

MVT-SEM series products are equipped with high efficiency motors (IE3). This results in high energy savings.

They can be delivered with an additional roots vacuum pump mounted directly on flanges, which makes it possible to generate an extremely powerful vacuum.

These pumps are characterised by their reliability and minimum maintenance.

The MVT series design generates peak vacuum performance and increased pumping speed ratios, ensuring cost-effective operation and high flow rates.

As there is no contact between the two screws, no additional lubrication is required.

Cooling can take place through both a closed-loop system or an open system with water.

The parts of the pump that undergo the most friction, such as the rotor and the casing, are given a protective coating:

• PTFE (teflon)
• PFA
• Hastelloy
• Nickel-Plating
• Ceramic

The coating will depend on the application of the pump.
