Precision vacuum with higher pumping speed

A two-stage lubricated design that maintains the range's deep vacuum levels (down to 4×10⁻⁴ mbar) at pumping speeds of 20 to 25 m³/h, extending applications to larger-volume systems such as industrial freeze-dryers, simulation chambers and test benches.

Forced lubrication with integrated oil pump

A pressurised lubrication circuit with a built-in oil pump that ensures constant cooling and an even distribution of lubricant across all components, securing stable performance in intensive, prolonged duty cycles.

High water vapour tolerance

An integrated gas ballast valve combined with an increased oil capacity (up to 5.5 l) that makes it possible to process condensable vapours effectively without saturating the lubricant, ensuring operational stability in applications involving moisture, solvents or aggressive substances.

Accessories and spare parts

  • Oil mist separator filter (AF exhaust filter): retains the oil mist from the exhaust gas with an efficiency of over 99%, protecting the working environment and allowing the condensed oil to be recovered.
  • Exhaust filter with oil return (AR): combines exhaust gas filtration with the automatic return of the recovered oil to the pump, drastically reducing lubricant consumption and extending maintenance intervals.
  • Integrated non-return (anti-suckback) valve: fitted as standard, it prevents oil from flowing back into the vacuum chamber when the pump stops, protecting the system and the sample.
  • Manual gas ballast valve: for manual control of the purge air intake according to the process characteristics and the type of vapour to be removed.
  • Condensate trap (AK): installed in the inlet line, it retains any liquids that may accumulate when pumping vapours, protecting the pump's internal mechanism.
  • External mechanical oil filter (OF): for applications involving particles or degradation products, it significantly extends the service life of the oil and the internal components.
  • Standard ISO-KF 40 connections: larger-format flanges than those of the compact range, compatible with centralised vacuum installations and industrial research equipment.
