The products in the Marpa Vacuum Subirana series are ideal for the major chemical and pharmaceutical processes. Our proprietary technology combines a simple and traditional design while maintaining the pump’s most important feature: robustness. It is built to work 24 hours a day, year after year, with next-to-no maintenance. It consumes virtually no oil. Its most important added value is that it is designed for continuous, non-stop operation. The Subirana series is characterised by unparalleled robustness and reliability in the main chemical and pharmaceutical processes, even in extreme conditions, where the pumps really show their worth.

In the presence of the most common solvents and the most aggressive products, such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, chlorobenzene, dimethylformaldehyde, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, isopropanol, toluene and other alcohols, solvents, acids, the Subirana series achieves excellent results compared to other technologies.

This translates into low costs, ease of operation even in continuous service and high process reliability. The technology is resistant to dust, condensation, distillation by-products, corrosion, etc., and the process is stable over time in terms of both flow rate and vacuum pressure.

All models are fitted with highly efficient IE3 motors. A powerful, efficient and completely safe pump, the Subirana series guarantees the highest safety throughout the process and complete purity in the final product. In other words, it guarantees a contamination free vacuum.
