Marpa Vacuum can supply complete rotary piston groups. These groups are completed with excess pressure valves, check valves, anti-vibration mounts, elastic connection sleeve, soundproofed chamber with extraction fan, pressure and vacuum gauges, vacuum start-up valve and other accessories on request. The blower can also be delivered with a bare shaft.
Available in ATEX zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 of European Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX).
Rotary piston blowers consist of a stator, inside which there are two symmetrical three-lobe pistons that rotate in opposite directions at a uniform speed and without making contact. The gas to be transported enters the chamber comprised of the stator and the pistons, which, as they turn, move the gas towards the compression nozzle.
Maintaining constant pressure and increasing the speed of the blower proportionally increases the flow of the impelled fluid. Because the absorbed power adjusts automatically to the real working pressure, unnecessary energy consumption is avoided.
Symmetrical three-lobe pistons controlled by three-dimensional instruments for high volumetric efficiency.
Strong, compact design to maximise blower life.
Direct access to the main maintenance points and safety valves.
Belt tensioning without the need to dismantle the chamber.
Equipped with an electrical control panel to measure temperature, pressure, oil level, etc.
New soundproofed chamber to optimise the noise level.
Oil level visible from outside the chamber.
Long-lasting bearings and seals.
The Marpa Vacuum sales department, together with its technical service, is able to study and propose the most appropriate groups for the specific needs and particularities of the system, according to the customer’s needs.
