Comprehensive chemical resistance

Architecture specially designed for analytical chemistry, with heads and diaphragms manufactured in PTFE (Teflon), FFPM (Kalrez) and PVDF, offering practically total immunity to attack by aggressive gases, acids, organic solvents and reactive atmospheres.

Two ultimate vacuum versions

Available in the MVF-002D version (8 mbar ultimate vacuum for vacuum filtration, desiccation and general laboratory applications) and the MVF-002H version (1 mbar ultimate vacuum for rotary evaporation with volatile solvents, demanding preparative chemistry and backing vacuum for turbomolecular pumps).

IP44 protection and minimal maintenance

IP44 protection rating against the ingress of solid objects and water splashes, combined with 100% oil-free diaphragm technology and extremely long service intervals, making it a robust and cost-effective solution for intensive laboratory environments.

Accessories and spare parts

  • Vacuum regulating valve with integrated gauge: for precise control of the vacuum level during the process and visual monitoring of the pressure without additional instrumentation.
  • High-efficiency exhaust silencer: reduces the pump noise level from 55 dB(A) to approximately 52 dB(A), especially recommended for workstations close to staff and noise-sensitive laboratory environments.
  • Thermal safety cut-out: protects the pump against accidental overheating by automatically switching off the motor when the safe thresholds are exceeded.
  • Quick vacuum connections: compatible with laboratory standards (small flange ISO-KF), allowing tool-free assembly and disassembly for cleaning, inspection or configuration changes.
